A note to go with Jesse: Dearest Jesse, we were all so thrilled to hear you'd arrived! Finally, you were here - a new Bowman boy!! I remember hearing that your Grandpa Bowman cried when your parents told him. Your Grandma Bowman and I couldn't wait to come see you, hold you, hear your cries and your laughter. Thankfully, we were able to see you when we did - the first and last time. Oh, Jesse.... We thought there'd be time to tell you about all the wonderful things in the world, the amazing family you were born into - and funny stories about them, to laugh and cry about the important things we'd share in our lives. We thought there'd be time to watch you grow into the fine man we knew you'd become. Dear baby nephew, I know you were happy while you were here - I could see it in your eyes and hear it in your laughter. You must have felt the love and caring of your parents, their families, and everyone they know. You have a very special family. But, your Mommy and Daddy are so sad that you had to leave so soon. Please in your spirit stay with them throughout their lives. If you can, help their love find a child who needs it.
